Abioye lectures on career opportunities

A unique aspect of 2013 national conference was the holding of the first Hospitality and Tourism Students' Conference. The students' confab, attended by students drawn from Nigerian Universities, Polytechnics and Monotechnics turned out to be a major resource reservoir. Mrs. Ekwueme chairs Hatman Conference

HATMAN's first National President, Mrs. Florence Ifeoma Ekwueme has expresses her happiness at the growth of the association within the last few years. Mrs. Ekwueme was addressing conference participants at Choice Hotel Awka on November 28, 2013.
Mrs. Ekwueme, who chaired the occasion, explained that the hospitality and tourism sectors of the Nigerian economy were facing serious challenges, which only professionals could solve. She called on professionals to live up to the billing by displaying high standard of efficiency wherever they are in order to gain recognition and respect.    
Mrs. Ekwueme was National President of Hospitality and Tourism Management Association of Nigeria from 2003 t0 2009 and succeeded in registering the association with the corporate affairs commission during her tenure.
